When private equity giant Texas Pacific Group purchased Nestlé USA’s Wine World Estates for $350 million, one of the brands, Beringer Vineyards, looked for an agency to help with corporate communications.
Reintroduce the winery to the market in preparation for an IPO by communicating the legacy and prestige of the Beringer brand.
For three years we created the annual reports, messaging systems, investor presentations, and key product sales literature to build brand value for Beringer Vineyards. And it worked. The brand would again be acquired, this time by Foster’s Group for $1.5 billion.
