Brand Identity Program Updated

MENLO PARK, CA — Michael Patrick Partners, a nationally recognized creative agency, announced today that it has completed a new brand identity program for the University of Portland in Oregon.

The creative agency is the gatekeeper of the university’s brand, but it also works alongside UP’s active in-house Marketing Communications Department. It was time to refresh the brand the agency had developed years earlier.

Following the refresh and to help both creative entities steward the new brand, the agency developed a comprehensive brand identity guideline. It ensures a seamless communications environment across all channels — a how-to guide for accurate application of the logo, articulation of the literature grid systems and proper use of color palettes to evoke the desired emotion. The seven-year working relationship has proven to be a valuable asset in helping the university build brand value.
