Going Public. Portland General Electric (PGE) is an independent publicly traded company headquartered in Portland, Oregon. Following its 2006 initial public offering, we were asked to design and produce the annual report. Our firm was proud to help communicate why PGE is the perfect fit for a 4,000-square-mile service area in the land of mountains, rivers, rain forests, and double-skinny cappuccinos.
