MENLO PARK, CA — Michael Patrick Partners, a nationally recognized creative agency, announced today that Freeslate, of Pleasanton, California, has been acquired by Unchained Labs — its fourth acquisition in 12 months — for an undisclosed amount.
As a member of the Unchained Labs family of companies, Freeslate will participate in a network of leading providers of high-throughput solutions for biologics formulation development and small-molecule chemistry.
In 2011, Freeslate hired Michael Patrick Partners to completely refresh and redesign the brand from the ground up. The goal was to provide relevance to the identity — to develop a strategic brand strategy and an engaging visual presence.
