Michael Patrick Partners Wins Case Gold Award for Education Admissions Viewbook

Agency Adds To Its 500+ Awards

SAN FRANCISCO, CA – Michael Patrick Partners, a nationally recognized creative agency, announced today that the undergraduate admissions enrollment viewbook it created for Santa Clara University won a Circle of Excellence Gold Award in the Viewbooks and Prospectuses category from CASE, the Council for Advancement and Support of Education.

A college viewbook is the keystone communications tactic used to attract the brightest prospective students from around the world. This particular viewbook created for Santa Clara University tells a story of the only institution that has spent the past 150 years effecting change from the heart of the most innovative place on earth: Silicon Valley.

The informational brochure was one of nine components of the admissions campaign. Michael Patrick Partners’ work included developing the brand and creative strategy, designing all campaign materials, and working with the firm Peterson Skolnick & Dodge on copywriting direction.

The awards were presented by the CASE District VII board of directors and the CASE Circle of Excellence Committee. As a Gold Award winner, the viewbook will be considered for a Grand Gold Award in March 2018. Each year CASE, a nonprofit association of educational institutions, recognizes best practices in advancement, as well as outstanding individuals who contribute to the growth and understanding of the advancement profession.

In addition to the CASE Gold Award, the viewbook has won Gold and Best of Category American Advertising Awards, formerly known as the ADDYs, presented by the American Advertising Federation. This is the agency’s third CASE medal for an admissions campaign. To see the work, visit michaelpatrickpartners.com/scu.
