Help Our Clients Feel The Love
We need an account manager to steward client assignments and help grow their business and ours.
Ensuring clients believe they would be lost without our counsel. Motivate creative teams to produce work that exceeds client expectations. Anticipate and prepare for potential challenges. And ensure clients believe we’re looking out for their best interests.
Participate in project kick-off, strategy, and creative meetings. Manage mid- to high-level revenue accounts. Communicate with creative teams to ensure they understand client business goals and objectives. Critique all creative and brand communications strategies for your accounts. Develop projects briefs, schedules, and status reports. Distribute project materials for feedback/approval. Persuade clients away from decisions that do not meet our extremely high creative standards.
This position requires a minimum of two to three years of account management experience at a design or advertising agency. Ability to maintain integrity, passion, accountability, excellent communication, and a positive attitude. Must know brand communications strategy, brand development, design, and marketing campaign processes. And, be incredibly organized.
