Spieker was a high-profile, highly profitable, publicly traded commercial real estate company based in the heart of Silicon Valley. The organization owned and operated industrial properties and had employees located in the Seattle and Northern California metropolitan markets.


Spieker was growing like crazy and asked us to develop a precise brand communications strategy and a more visually interesting suite of sales and marketing communications.


For five years, our agency created all marketing and financial reporting tactics. Those activities included writing a messaging system to keep all communications on brand and create a corporate capability brochure, three annual reports, digital investor presentations, and myriad sales and marketing collateral specific to individual properties. In 2001, Equity Office Properties Trust acquired Spieker for $5.1 billion in cash and stock.
