Tech CU is Silicon Valley's oldest credit union. When we were hired it suffered from an image that lagged way behind the competitive landscape.
Build brand value and name recognition while encouraging prospects to switch from their current bank to Tech CU. And at the same time design a new feature-rich corporate website geared to a younger demographic.
We began with a more user friendly website that applied strategies to anticipate user buying journeys. Then a new advertising campaign was developed to showcase the updated image. Broadcast television and radio, digital transit and out-of-home, print, and online ads were completed and a media blitz launched. Post-campaign research proved our work increased brand awareness that led to record membership and new account activity. Plus, multiple awards were presented from American Advertising Federation and the financial industry.
