MENLO PARK, CA — Michael Patrick Partners, a nationally recognized creative agency, announced today that it has completed the marketing campaign to promote a 1-million-square-foot commercial development in Menlo Park.

Menlo Gateway will be a mixed-use landmark to help ensure the city’s economic future, providing Class A office space, a luxury hotel, a high-end restaurant and a state-of-the-art fitness club. Expansive open space and easy access to Bayfront Park will provide environmental balance.

Michael Patrick Partners named the project, developed the marketing strategy, wrote the messaging system, produced a promotional film and designed the website. Supporting assignments included public relations, direct mail, a newsletter and sales materials.
